A three hour journey through 17 wines and 14 spirits. This special lecture and sampling event is for groups of 20 or more and includes a discussion on the history, production, and enjoyment of wines and spirits. Gourmet finger foods are served and food pairings are discussed. You will learn how to drink wine and spirits, how to judge and pair them with food. Which wines and spirits are aperitifs and which are digestives. Plan on three to four hours for this event.
