We make our Vanilla extracts by soaking organic vanilla beans in an array of different Don Quixote spirits. Each extract has a slight nuance based on the spirit used. We do not add sugar so that ounce for ounce you get more extract in our bottles. If you are a baker, you'll enjoy our five different vanilla extracts

We make a ginger extract to be used in cocktails like a ginger-gin Mojito or in Chinese cooking.
